Sammi's Best® products have NEVER contained hydrogenated oils or any genetically modified ingredients (GMO). In 1997 Sammi's Best® was the first brand to label Trans-Fats (required in 2006) because we believed they were unhealthy. Also, due to health and ecological concerns our products are entirely Non-GMO.  
“0g Trans-Fat” is not the same as “NO Trans-Fats.”
Many products that claim 0g Trans-Fat contain partially hydrogenated oils (Trans-Fats) but have less than .5g per serving, so are allowed a 0g label claim. This is very misleading when the serving size is a teaspoon.

SAMMI’S BEST®  products have ZERO Trans-Fats.

We use Natural Coconut Oil, a good source of essential medium-chain fatty acids and the closest vegetable fat to that found naturally in mother’s milk. Corn Syrup Solids is an excellent time-released, complex carbohydrate used for decades in quality infant formulas (no relation to High Fructose Corn Sweeteners). The Calcium in this product helps neutralize coffee acids. This product is Gluten Free but not Vegan (see below.)
Our flavored creamers are Naturally Favored and sweetened with Raw Organic Cane Sugar.

*Allergen Warning: Some ingredients are blended in a multi-use facility and may contain particles of milk proteins, soy proteins, various spices or flavorings. Sodium Caseinate is found in many non-dairy products, but is a milk derived salt. It is a nutritive emulsifier to mix oil with coffee/water. Allergies to Sodium Caseinate are very rare, but they do exist.
