Some ingredients in this product are blended in multi-use facilities where other dry products are blended or packaged in the same equipment. It is possible for this product to contain minute particles of whey, milk proteins, cocoa powder, various spices, sunflower, soybean or other vegetable oils. This product is blended and packaged in accordance with industry standard GMP (good manufacturing practices) in a facility inspected by the FDA.
Our customers have long preferred to mix Sammi’s Best™ Whey & Soy. This is a 50/50 blend of the two creating a synergy that provides a milk alternative that is arguably better tasting than either product by itself. No ingredients are used that have been genetically modified to resist powerful herbicides. The bean sugar has been reduced compared to other brands for easier digestion. The coconut oil in this product is the closest vegetable fat to the fat found in human milk and is a source of medium chain essential fatty acids. Active Probiotic cultures have been added. Whey is the most complete protein known. Whey is purified, has a high purity factor and contains no homogenized milk fat or antibiotics. This product contains no hydrogenated oils or trans fats.
Whey contains an almost prefect array of electrolytes. It is a good source of organic sodium. Whey does not contain Calcium Caseinate (mucous forming agents), or the common Histamines/Allergens associated with milk allergies (ear infections, skin rashes, hyperactivity). People who are 100% lactose intolerant and some others may still have allergic reactions to this formula, but the far majority of the millions of Americans who are either Lactose intolerant or allergic to the histamines in cow’s milk can drink this product without the unpleasant symptoms of intolerance or casein allergies. In our opinion this is the most digestible and healthiest milk alternative that we produce or that is available anywhere.
