Frozen Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:

1 frozen banana (cut into chunks before freezing)

1 ½ cup reconstituted Sammi's Best™ Soy

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp vanilla
Preparation:

Blend in a blender until smooth. You can use other frozen fruit such as strawberries or peaches. Also, you can use peanut butter or Sammi's Best™ Soy Chocolate for the Sammi's Best™ Soy.
